As you prepare for the session, you'll receive a relaxation track to listen to every night and a helpful prep list to get you ready to quit for good. Phobia's (4 sessions) £180
It usually takes about 4 sessions to address most phobias. Whether you're dealing with a fear of needles, spiders, flying, or anything else, we work on removing the emotional response by rewiring the fear template. After that, we help you create a new, positive template to replace it.
Hypno-Gastric band (approx. 5 sessions) £250
Our virtual gastric program integrates solution focused hypnotherapy to support you in achieving sustainable healthy transformations. In the fourth session, we simulate the placement of a virtual gastric band to convince the brain that the stomach has shrunk.
