What is Solution Focused Hypnotherapy?

Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (SFH) works on the premise that you have all the capability needed to effect positive change.  I am your facilitator for that; guiding you to harness your full potential.  To help you get back on track and be the person you want and can be.

By concentrating on the solution rather than the problem, SFH can help you to identify significant positive changes that can help bring about lasting change.

SFH uses a combination of Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), the latest Neuroscience research and trance.

How many sessions might I need?

Stop smoking takes just one session, whilst phobia's are generally 3-4 sessions long.  Our new Hypno Gastric band takes 5 sessions.  General treatments may take between 8 - 12 sessions, occasionally more depending on the problem.

What is your role?

Commitment and determination on your part is a prerequisite to maximise the possibility of success as is listening to the relaxation recording in-between sessions..  Results may vary dependent upon your commitment.
